There's a charge on my account before my renewal date

We do a pre-authorization on your card 5 days before your renewal to ensure it will go through successfully.  We do this in case there's a problem with your card (expired expiration, etc.), so you have time to correct the issue before the renewal date so your account doesn't get canceled on a whim.  This pre-authorization will come off in 24 hours.

** You can make changes to your credit card in the bivy app.  Tap on settings>bivy stick account>update credit card.
